CloudFolderLab
About

A small practice with a single subject — your team’s files.

We do not build apps, we do not run agencies, and we do not staff a 200-person team. We set up cloud workspaces, design folder taxonomies, and migrate files between Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. That is the entire scope, and we keep it that way on purpose.

Why we exist

Most file-sharing problems are silent until the day they are not.

A contractor still has access to last year’s client folder. Someone’s personal Google Drive holds the only copy of the brand kit. Three people own three subtly different naming conventions, and nobody can find the proposal from last quarter.

CloudFolderLab exists to fix that work, in a defined window, against a fixed price, with a permission matrix you can hand to anyone on your team. We are deliberately narrow. The narrowness is the value.

How we work

Three commitments that shape every engagement.

01

A fixed price, a fixed window

Every plan ships against a written deliverable and a defined timeline. No retainers, no scope creep.

02

Discover before you design

No taxonomy is drawn before we have walked your existing folder tree. The map drives the design.

03

Train, do not hand off

A Loom video plus a PDF training guide. We are not done until your team can actually use it.
