30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase to customers who are not completely satisfied with their cloudfolderlab project, with no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason, if the deliverable has technical issues or does not match the brief you submitted, or if you have reconsidered the purchase. Requests submitted after 30 days are ineligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team within 30 days using either method below:

  • Email: support@cloudfolderlab.com
  • Order chat: Open the order page in your dashboard and start a chat message titled “Refund request”.

Required information includes your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the order or transaction ID, and (optionally) the reason for the refund request.

3. Review and Processing

We take 3–5 business days to review the request. Once approved, the refund typically appears in your account within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned 100% to the original payment method.

4. Access After Refund

Upon processing, your access to the cloudfolderlab.com order page, the delivered training guide and Loom video, the permission matrix, and any related downloadable resources will be revoked. Where we have provisioned workspace accounts on your behalf, ownership and control will be returned to your nominated administrator before access is revoked.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We commit to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and a direct conversation is almost always faster than a chargeback dispute.
